When a friend referred me to Ben Benjamin, I was very skeptical. During my initial assessment session with him he told me I had at least a dozen injuries to my ligaments and tendons. When he gently suggested that I was an accident waiting to happen, I was more skeptical still, even though the pain in all of those injured areas indicated that he was on the right track.

After consulting with my internist and my orthopedic surgeon, I decided to follow Ben's recommendations. I received treatments twice a week, made major nutritional changes and daily did the exercises he gave me. After a short while he started me on a light weight training program, which was to be increased in microscopic increments. After a month I began to feel better and after almost ten months, I can only say that I was lucky to find Ben. I feel better than I have in years, and more important, I feel more in control of those chronic pains and injuries which used to plague me every time I took up a new exercise activity. At least I know what the problem is now and have some sense of a range of possible solutions. I am no longer skeptical!
