Nationwide Network: Therapists Certified in the Benjamin System of Orthopedic Massage

Each practitioner on this list has completed a 12- to 18-month advanced training program in orthopedic massage. They have learned the assessment and treatment of pain and injury problems throughout the body. After each 2- to 4-day intensive training, each practitioner must pass a written exam and take a private tutorial session with an instructor to ensure that the assessment tests and treatment techniques are being performed correctly and precisely. What follows is a list of certified practitioners by state and city.

Practitioners listed with an asterisk (*) are also certified to teach the Benjamin system of orthopedic massage. Each instructor has been trained for 18 to 24 months after completing the orthopedic massage training as a participant. Individuals must demonstrate competence in teaching the material accurately and effectively to receive certification as an instructor.
