This 65-minute program teaches the practitioner how to assess and treat the most common elbow injury. Dr. Benjamin:
- describes the relevant anatomy and teaches the practitioner how to find and palpate the five specific areas that are commonly injured when a tennis elbow is present;
- teaches the assessment tests and how to evaluate them;
- provides a thorough theoretical understanding of the injury, its assessment and treatment; and
- demonstrates hands-on treatment techniques and appropriate therapeutic exercises.
After watching and studying this program, practitioners will have a clear understanding of which structures need to be examined and treated when a person has a tennis elbow.
